  If I could rate it any lower I would. Mercer Mall is, in the future, going to get shut down sooner or later. Everything in there is like a game boring and repetitive. I suggest coming back every year because you practically have the same stores. Rural King is brand new and all but it really just attracts the country and redneck part of the community. What about the other parts of the community? Oh wait they do NOT care what you think and they don't even read the reviews. Since the mall is in a tight spot with money all they're doing is increasing rents on all the other stores. Yeah is cool that they bought the security new fancy suits to wear, but the real question is why did they not save it for future improvements for the mall. They could've fix the parking lo or even save it and not buy useless decorations and accessories for the mall. They could've even did a little upgrade to the mall. The manager and the mall staff seems to care a lot of about their appearance, but what about the mall's reputation. Are you really choosing to look fancy over this. Does everyone know one Sears left? They left because the manager decided to raise the rent even higher than they're actually worth. The mall is growing old and it needs to improve and stay current not be degraded and out of date, but it looks to me like the staff managing Mercer Mall don't really care about it. We should write a petition for a new manager. One that can understand the stores, one that can improve our mall not ruin it, one that isn't gonna raise rent for the stores just cause they wants to buy useless accessories for themselves, and one that is gonna listen to the voices of the community not ignore it. How about you start with actually trying to find new stores that benefits everyone instead of one or two parts of the community or even fix the roads and parking lot. Thank you and if you're one of the people working at the stores, I am so so sorry that you have to go through this horrible situation.
