  Be wary. These guys lie. Got stuck with a tablet data plan i didnt want. Was told when i got a new phone that a tablet was free. Low and behold I get my bill and Im charged for a data plan. Was told by customer service that I couldnt drop it without paying a penalty. So now Im paying for a tablet I dont even use!!!!! Ask questions. These guys will hide the truth!!!!!!!!!

  There was a blonde girl working both times, she was incompetent and gave us wrong information on both occasions. Not to mention she upgraded a phone on our plan without asking for a valid drivers license to see if the person updating was an authorized user. She upgraded my phone and I specifically asked for the IPhone 6, she activated a iPhone 6 Plus and didn't even know the difference between the two. We have never had a problem with sprint in general but this store needs to train their workers better.
